Jorge Tirado Tolosa
Co-Founder
Jorge currently serves as a Vice President at Relay Investments, a fund specialized in the acquisition of small and medium-sized businesses through the search fund model. In this role, he has partnered with many entrepreneurs to help them navigate the complexities of buying and operating SMBs.
Prior to this, Jorge held various roles across Robinhood Markets, EY-Parthenon, SpaceX, Goldman Sachs, and ExxonMobil, further developing his expertise in analyzing the commercial health of companies and identifying sustainable growth strategies.
Jorge holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez.

David Candelario Suarez
Co-Founder
David is an operator at heart who believes that a company’s success is built on trust and its people. As the Founder of Corcovado Ventures, he works directly with Puerto Rico-based small businesses to enhance their operations and help them expand sustainably without losing their local identity.
Prior to founding Corcovado Ventures, David held various strategic and operational roles across V2A Consulting, Accenture, P&G, and ExxonMobil. These experiences gave him the "boots on the ground" expertise to solve complex operational challenges and implement best-in-class processes adapted for local businesses.
David holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez.
